University of the South Pacific’s former Professor of Economics Biman Prasad has been unanimously elected the new leader of the National Federation Party.

In the party’s annual general meeting this morning, Suva lawyer Tupou Draunidalo was appointed NFP’s new President.

Draunidalo has replaced Raman Pratap Singh who has been the President for NFP for the past nine years.

  1. Well done. Hopefully Biman and Tupou will lead the NFP out of the wilderness. They represent the face of multiracialism and progress.
